San Juan Capistrano, CA – U.S. Representative Mike Levin (D-CA) will lead a virtual town hall Wednesday with Ms. Satia Austin, President of the North County NAACP, and and Dr. Karl Steinberg, a nursing facility medical director in North County San Diego.
