The President and Vice President of the United States will be sworn into office during a ceremony on Wednesday, January 20, 2021. The inauguration ceremony is managed by the Joint Congressional Committee on Inaugural Ceremonies (JCCIC).
Please note that the JCCIC has not yet provided guidance on whether an inauguration will be in-person or virtual, or on how many public tickets our office will receive. Typically, the JCCIC will provide Members of Congress with a limited set of viewing area tickets to distribute, most of which are for a standing area at or near the east end of the National Mall. The Office of Representative Mike Levin will not grant requests for inauguration tickets until the JCCIC has made its announcement to Members of Congress regarding the format of the inauguration and how many tickets each office will receive.
