It's been a very busy few months of the 118th Congress so I want to update you on some of what my office and I have been working on.
March Virtual Town Hall

Congressional Art Competition:
The 2023 Congressional Art Competition is here! High school artists in CA-49 can submit their original work for a chance to win a cash prize and have their art displayed at the Oceanside Museum of Art, and, for one lucky artist, in the U.S. Capitol!
Deadline to submit artwork is Tuesday, March 28.

SUPER BUGS Act
This month, I introduced my bipartisan SUPER BUGS Act. We must work with the international community to combat drug-resistant pathogens, especially as we work to prevent future pandemics.
That's why I developed this legislation to ensure we combat antimicrobial resistance and prepare for any and all future pandemics.

State of the Union
In February, I was honored to attend the State of the Union with Bruce Gaffney, my Constituent of the Month.
